Baby Laundry

Getting Ready

Yesterday evening I did my first load of laundry just for the baby. What an odd feeling! Honestly, there were a couple of articles of clothing I wasn’t exactly sure which way was best to fold, but the way I see it is if that is the biggest problem I have, our sweet baby is going to have it made!

I see that you have joined the world of yellow and green. People used to tell me that I would get tired of yellow and green, but I really appreciated it with Nathan. When he was born, we got plenty of blue stuff. So, instead of wearing all blue all the time, he had three colors to sport! Plus, then Caroline could use some of the same stuff.

How is the nursery looking? How are you feeling?

We are definitely loving the neutral baby colors. I am not a huge pink fan and certainly wouldn’t care for everything to be blue, so it works out really well. We are really looking forward to our precious bundle’s arrival, the nursery is coming together. My plan is to have most of the furniture set up (by my manly Dan) in there this weekend so all that will be left is organizing the baby’s stuff and some decorating. I feel really great. Some yuck swelling stuff, but I am so excited about everything I hate to complain.
