Our 11 Month Old
Tater is eleven months old. God has been so incredible, she has been a very sweet, healthy little one thus far. She loves playing patty cake and will wave bye-bye some days. The only thing she can really say is Da-da, it is so precious. This month she discovered how awesome it is to unroll toilet paper from the roll, she was so proud of herself.
A New House
Dan and I have been looking at houses recently. With interest rates low, the housing market down, and a tax credit guaranteed, it is a really great time to purchase a home.
We actually found one we loved and closed on it last Wednesday. It has three bedrooms and two baths, it is around 1,950 square feet. It was under foreclosure and only seventy percent complete so we are going to get to finish the inside how we want.
This past week we have been super busy picking out everything from flooring to paint to light fixtures. So many choices, I was shocked. Dan is positively giddy about the kitchen, it nice and big and will be finished with granite countertops. I am thrilled that the laundry room is big and I will be able to keep my sewing machine up all the time!
We feel truly blessed that everything has been going so well with the house this past week and are looking forward to how it will turnout!
